Rattana is a native of Chiang Rai and a business owner in Los Angeles. Robin is an American ex-professional singer and restauranteur. They met in 1994 at a fine dining restaurant that featured music and dancing and from their first dance they knew they were meant to be together. On a trip to Chiang Rai in 1996 Robin fell in love with the city and people of Chiang Rai but felt there was something missing, a place that offered the comforts of home - good steak and other American food, music, dancing, cocktails, beer and fine wine. In 2004 the Pauls bought a building in downtown Chiang Rai and spent over a year redecorating it into something special. From the first floor to the fifth, every square meter is well planned and tastefully decorated, creating an oasis of comfort for you. The staff is carefully chosen for their people friendly attitudes and trained to provide exceptional service and customer care. Included are General Manager Boontham, an experienced hotelier and Paul Lewis, an Executive Chef with credentials that include the Palm Restaurant, one of America's premier restaurants. At the bar is Sith who won the Bar Tender Championship for all of Thailand.
